- You use the same format for book chapters in both printed and e-books. However, for e-books you include a DOI or URL if available.
- If the chapter has a DOI you include it in the reference list entry after the name of the publisher as a link accordingly: https://doi.org/xxxxx.If there is no DOI but a stable URL that will resolve for readers you include the URL instead.
- Include information about edition (other than first) in the same parenthesis as the page range, separated with a comma.
- For multiple pages you use the abbreviation "pp.". For a single page you use the abbreviation "p.".
