Author name

If you need to add references manually:

  • Click on the icon with a plus sign.

  • Select the reference type from the list of Reference Types and enter the reference details.
  • Click on Save

NOTE! In the fields for author and editor, you should write names in the following order: Last name, First name. If there are multiple authors, enter each name on a new line. If the author is an organization, end the name with a comma to ensure the reference is formatted correctly when the source is used in a document.

Depending on your EndNote version, the Save button might be missing. In that case, close the window to get the option to save the reference.
