Comments

  • If there is no stated author for the report, put the organisation responsible for it as author. If the organisation is also the publisher you do not need to repeat the information. See the H&M Group example above.
  • For reports that are part of a series, the title of the series and the report number is stated.
  • The date of retrieval should be stated for all electronic sources, in addition to the year of publication. This is written as shown above, in square brackets with the word "Accessed:". The reason for this is that electronic sources may theoretically get edited and the information in them can then change. For this reason it is important to indicate at what time you studied an electronic source.

  • Since a subscription is needed to access the report from a paid resource you do not have to add a URL in the reference list entry. Instead you should indicate which database you retrieved it from.
  • If there is no stated author for the report, put the organisation responsible for it as author.
