How do I apply for a time plan?
To get a time plan, go to Request time plan and fill out the form.
What should I do if I need to change my time plan?
If you need to change your time plan in any way then it is important to let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the changes to your previously booked time plan within our system. Contact us by e-mail.
This will affect your schedule:

Postings must be done no later than three weeks before the day of the public defense. Since posting must be done during the period from 16 August to 14 June, anyone defending a thesis earlier than 5 September must post it before 14 June during the preceding spring semester.

Bank holidays with bridge days are not included in the time plan.

Thesis Production is closed week 27–30, Christmas and New Year.
