All members cannot see all items in library
If some items in a shared library are not visible to all members of a group, this may depend on the owner of the group not having enough storage capacity. The owner can solve this by either stopping the synchronisation of his/her personal library, which may free some storage space, or by buying additional storage space.

If you see tThis message, you have probably made changes manually in the citations, i.e., typed text in the grey field in your word processor that constitutes the citation added with Zotero. In order to avoid it, you should always add text either outside of the grey field or in the citation dialogue that opens when you add or edit a citation.
If you click "Yes", your manually added text will be kept, but the citation (e.g., changes in the item metadata or in the reference style) will no longer be updated. If you click "No", the citation will be updated, but your manually added text will be deleted.
