Register and manage project records in DiVA

Annually, the Library imports research projects where Uppsala University acts as co-ordinating organisation from Swecris to DiVA. Projects connected to funding organisations not available in Swecris, need to be manually registered in DiVA.

A project records administrator can register projects in DiVA and connect publications to related projects.

 

New project records administrator

Departments or equivalent who are interested in working with projects in DiVA, are encouraged to appoint a local DiVA administrator as a project records administrator.

Use Appacc to apply for special authorization (administrator rights) in DiVA. Please specify which authority you need; whether it is to manage projects related to your unit, programme or department. If you do not already have authority as a research publications administrator, you will need to apply for that simultaneously.

Your application will be forwarded to the head of department for approval. You will then be contacted by the library to schedule an introduction to help you get started.

Research publications administrators who have also been appointed as research projects administrators, can use the national DiVA support's guide for more information on registering and managing project records in DiVA. N.B. the guide is currently only available in Swedish.

 

Connect publications to projects in DiVA

The connection between a publication and a project in DiVA is made via the record for the publication. Click on "Search and add project" and search the project's title or project number.
