- For reports that are part of a series, the report number is indicated.
- If the report has no specified author, that part of the reference is omitted. Make sure to specify the publishing organisation or company after the title of the report.
- The date of retrieval should be stated for all electronic sources, in addition to the year of publication. This is written as shown above, with the word "Accessed". The reason for this is that electronic sources may theoretically get edited and the information in them can then change.
