Downloading: Most titles may be downloaded and “borrowed” for 21 days before they expire, but some e-books may only be downloaded for 24 hours. For reading online, users only need to have access to a browser on their device. No plug-ins are needed. For downloading to a computer or laptop for offline access users need to have Adobe Digital Editions installed. For downloading to a tablet or phone for offline access, users need to install the app for Adobe Digital Editions.
