Data Processing and Analysis

What is data processing and analysis?

Data processing and analysis collects methods, tools and approaches to research data that, because of its volume or complexity, is difficult to work with manually. Examples of application are organisation of research data you've collected, analysis of data, or visualisation of research results. The library offers guidance in various digital methods and tools to accomplish these things.

The different methods, tools, and approaches we offer guidance in are listed in the menu to the left. Depending on your research question or your source material one or several types of methods and tools may be interesting for you. If you're unsure of where to start, you can always ask us by contacting Ask the Library.
